TechCrunch: Twitter Vulnerability Discovered?
Yesterdays’ TechCrunch post by Jason Kincaid, apparently either reveals a vulnerable exploit in Twitter, or a simple error. Evidently, a suspected spam account on Twitter, (if Mr. Kincaid’s post is correct) is either one of the most popular Twitteristas, or is a spammer gaming the system, with an exploit in the API….The cause for concern is the ability of this user to garner followers on Twitter, without the requisite acquiescence to do just that: Follow.
