Inspector General: IRS Systems Found Insecure – Again

Report: The Internal Revenue Service Deployed Two of Its Most Important Modernized Systems With Known Security Vulnerabilities

A Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) Report (also available from the Infosecurity.US Public Documents Repository (.PDF), alludes to negligence in regards to systems deployment and implementation activities at the United States Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service.
